Science and Engineering Research Board, New Delhi invites Applications from desired and Eligible Candidates for filling up the position of Project Assistant,  Administrative Assistant,  Accounts Assistant, Multi Tasking Data Entry Operators on Contractual Basis. Detailed information regarding these Job vacancies is described as following paragraph–

S. No. 01  Name of Designation – Project Assistant.

No.of Vacant Position –  Total – 15.(Fifteen)

Essential Qualification and Required Experience – For the position of Project Assistant, Candidate should be Bachelor Degree holder in IT or Science with good working practice of Computer Operation, MS Office Package with Ms Access and Excel etc.

Candidates having working experience in  formulation, Preparation and implementation of Science related project works in any Scientific & Technical Research Universities, Institutes,  or any state/ Central Government Ministry or Departments will be preferred for the position of Project Assistant.

Limitation of Age –  Candidate should between 20 to 27 years of Age as reckoned on 01 December, 2011.

Candidates who have working experience at same level position in any Government of State/ Central  department or any Autonomous body will be given relaxation in age limit up to 40 years of Age.

Salary – Project Assistant will be paid a fixed Salary of Rs. 23000/- Per Month.

Job Profile – Project Assistant will help in preparation and  completion of  programmes and Projects  related to Science and Engineering of the board.

S. No. 02 Name of Designation – Assistant.(Admnistration)

No. of Vacant Position –  Total 03 (Three)

Essential Qualification  and Required Experience – For the position of Administrative Assistant Candidate should be Bachelor Degree holder in any stream from any reputed and recognized Institution/ University and also having minimum 03 years working experience in generation administration in any reputed institution.

Desirable Qualification – Candidates who have completed diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science will be preferred for the position of Assistant (Administration).

Limitation of Age – Candidate should be between 20 and 27 years of Age as reckoned on 01 December, 2011.

Candidates who have working experience at same level position in any Government of State/ Central  department or any Autonomous body will be given relaxation in age limit up to 40 years of Age.

Salary – Assistant (Administration) will be paid a fixed Salary of Rs.23000/- Per Month.

Job Profile – Administrative Assistant will help works related to Administration,  Budget, Accounts and other finance related works the board.

S. No. 03  Name of Designation –  Assistant (Accounts)

No. of  Vacant Position – Total – 04 (Four)

Essential Qualification and Required Experience – For the position of Accounts Assistant, Candidate should be Bachelor degree holder in Commerce Stream  from any reputed and recognized University. Candidates having higher educational qualification in respective field of Accounts or Commerce will be preferred for the position of Accounts Assistant.

Desirable Qualification – Candidate who have diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science will be preferred for the position of Accounts Assistant.

Limitation of Age – Candidate should be between 20 and 27 years of Age as reckoned on 01 December, 2011.

Candidates who have working experience in any State or Central Government Department at any equivalent level post will be get relaxation in Age limit  up to maximum 40 years of Age .

Salary – Accounts Assistant will be paid a fixed Salary of Rs. 23000/- Per Month.

Job Profile – Accounts Assistant will help the works related to Finance and Administration for Preparation of Bills related to Grants, Salary, Rent, Procurement, expenditure, maintenance, sanctions, and control and statements of Registers etc related to Account and Finance.

S. No. 04  Name of Designation – Multi Tasking Data Entry Operator.(DEO)

No. of Vacant Position – Total – 05 (Five)

Essential Qualification – For the Position of  Multi Tasking Data Entry Operator, Candidate must be Intermediate(10+2) Passed and also having working practice and awareness of Computer System. Candidate should also have good knowledge of MS Office Package. Candidate should also having typing knowledge  for Data Entry with  at least speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

Limitation of Age – Candidate should be between 18 and 25 years of Age as reckoned on 01 December, 2011.

Salary – Multi Tasking Data Entry Operator will get a fixed Salary of Rs. 12000/- Per Month.

Job Profile –  Data Entry Operator will do multi task, routine clerk related works and also Data Entry Work for the board.

Nature and Period of Job –  All the above positions are on contractual basis. Duration for the job is initially six months which can be increase for another six months also which depends on the performance of Candidate and Requirement of Board.

Selection Process – For above all posts, Selection will be made on the basis of performance of Candidate in personal Interview and previous record. Eligible Candidates will be called for the personal Interview.
