NIOH Recruitment for Office Assistant September 2011

National Institute of Occupational Health of (ICMR) has a vacant post of Office Assistant in the same centre. So, Applications are invited from Eligible candidates for filling up the same post mentioned above in the pay scale of Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4600 Grade Pay. If the candidates interested to apply against the post may firstly, go through the Notification, ensure their eligibility for the post and if they are suitable for the post then send a application on plain paper in prescribed format as instructed with a passport size photograph and attested copies of supporting documents to the director of NIOH, Ahmedabad on or before 02/10/2011. Details regarding the post are given below:

Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4600 Grade Pay

Age: Candidates should not be older than 28 years

Age Relaxation:

SC / ST / OBC and Government Employee will get age relaxation as per Government Rule. There will be no age restriction in case of employee of the ICMR

Educational Qualifications:

Qualification of the candidates, who are going to apply for the post of Office assistant, should not be less than a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications:

Applicants should have work experience of 5 years in Administrative work of Accounts & Office Procedures. Candidates having Diploma of Computer application or Post Graduate Diploma of Computer Application are preferable

Selection Procedure:

To secure the appointment on the post of Office assistant, candidates will have to face a competitive examination (Written Exam) & have to qualify in it. Candidates who successfully qualify in the written exam will be called for Interview.

Well, Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and Interview.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can make their application on plain paper giving complete details and send it with a recent passport size photograph and self attested copies of supporting documents to “The Director, National Institute of Occupational Health, Meghani Nagar, Ahmedabad – 380016” on or before 02/10/2011. Application received after last date will not be accepted

Note:

1. Incumbent will be governed by a New Pension System

2. The post is temporary but it may be considered for permanent
