Age: – Applicant age is not more than 40 years as on 30th June 2011.
Academic Qualification: – Applicant have a certificate of Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from any recognized Institution or University.
Professional Qualification: – Applicant should be an Associate Member of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’.
Experience: – Minimum 3 years experience in a Bank or Financial Institution on as a Company Secretary post.
Remuneration: – Pay Scale of Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100/-. Minimum starting pay of this post is 32000/- with other allowances per month.
