High Court of Madhya Pradesh Court Manager Exam pattern and Selection Procedure 2012 

High Court of Madhya Pradesh has published an advertisement for the recruitment of Court Manager for which Preliminary examination on 25.03.2012 and Main Examination on 06.05.2012 are to be conducted. Applicants who have applied  for this job must know about exam pattern and selection procedure. It has formed its own exam pattern and selection procedure and candidates who will qualify in its selection procedure will be appointed as Court Manager.  Selection procedure and exam patter were mentioned below, read and prepare for examination.

Exam pattern and selection procedure for the recruitment of Court Manager in High Court of Madhya Pradesh : – 

Selection Procedure: – To occupy the post of court manager, applicants have qualify in i. Preliminary Examination, ii. Main Examination and iii. Interview. Applicants who will be qualify in three phases will be elected for the job of Court Manager.

Exam Pattern : – 

i. Preliminary Examination (100 questions ) – 2 hours : – It will consist total 100 objective types questions of 100 marks  from A. Management, B. G.K, Hindi and English and C. Legal and General Aptitude

A. Management – 60 questions ( 60 marks ) :– 1. Introduction of Management, 2. Communication, 3. Organisation Behaviour, 4. Quantitative Techniques, 5. Research Methodology, 6. Financial Management, 7. Human Resource Management and 8. Computer Skills

B. G.K, Hindi and English25 questions ( 25 Marks ) 

C. Legal and General Aptitude15 questions ( 15 Marks ) 

ii. Main Examination – 1st paper ( 100 marks )- 3 hours and 2nd paper ( 100 marks ) – 3 hours 

A. 1st paper ( 100 marks ) – 1.Communication ( Including letter Writing ), 2Organizational Behavior, 3. Quantitative Techniques and 4. Financial Management

B. 2nd paper ( 100 marks ) –  1. Human Resource Management, 2. Computer Skills, 3. Article Writing ( 200 words ), and 4. Translation ( Hindi – English )

iii. Project Report and Interview( 50 marks ) – Applicants will appear in this stage after qualifying main examination, in this stage all candidates will be given topic / subject to prepare short project report. Candidates will have to submit this project report to Registrar ( Exam ) and during interview, questions will be asked in the project report.

Note – Final Selection List will be published after project report and interview.
