MECL Recruitment for Manager, Technician, Mechanic Dec 2011

Applications on prescribed form are invited by Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL) for the recruitment of Manager, Accounts Officer, Materials Officer, Legal Officer, Foreman, Technician and Mechanic in different pay scale for its Corporate Office at Nagpur. Candidates having required qualifications for the suitable post are required to apply in prescribed format and send their applications with application fees of Rs.100 (No fees for SC / ST/ PH Candidates) to MECL within 30 days from publication date of this notification. Details regarding the post can be seen in the following paragraphs.

Total Vacancy: 64 Posts

01. Manager (P and A)

• Vacancy: 02 for UR

• Pay Scale: Rs.29100 to 54500

• Age: Not exceeding 45 years

• Qualifications: Post Graduate Diploma / Graduate Degree in Personnel Management and Relations Labour Welfare

02. Accounts Officer:

• Vacancy: 03 (SC – 01, OBC – 01, PHP – 01)

• Pay Scale: Rs.16400 to 40500

• Age: Not more than 35 years

• Qualifications: CA / ICWA with desirable experience of 2 to 3 years or 1st Class Master of Business Administration in Finance with 65% Marks and experience of 2 years

03. Materials Officer

• Vacancy: 01 for ST

• Pay Scale: Rs.16400 to 40500

• Age: Not more than 35 years

• Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, PG Diploma in Materials Management with desirable experience of 2 to 3 years.

04. Legal Officer

• Vacancy: 02 (UR – 01, OBC – 01)

• Pay Scale: Rs.16400 to 40500

• Age: Not more than 35 years

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject area and 1st Class Degree in Law with 65% Marks with Post Qualification experience of 5 years

05. Foreman (Drilling)

• Vacancy: 12 (SC – 01, UR – 08, OBC – 03)

• Pay Scale: Rs.9500 to 24800

• Age: Not more than 30 years

• Qualifications: Drilling Engineering Diploma with 60% Marks with Post Diploma experience of one year in Drilling Industries

06. Technician (Drilling)

• Vacancy: 28 (SC – 04, ST – 02, OBC – 07, UR – 15)

• Pay Scale: Rs.8500 to 18600

• Age: Not more than 30 years

• Qualifications: Class 10th Passed with ITI Diploma in Fitter / Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic Trade with desirable experience of 3 years in Drilling Tirade

07. Mechanic (Diesel) / Motor Mechanic Trade:

• Vacancy: 08 (SC – 01, UR – 05, OBC – 02)

• Pay Scale: Rs.8500 to 18600

• Age: not more than 30 years

• Qualification: Class 10th Passed with ITI Diploma in Mechanic / Fitter, Diesel / Motor trade with relevant experience of 3 years

08. Mechanic (Welder Trade):

• Vacancy: 08 (SC – 01, ST – 01, UR – 04, OBC – 02)

• Pay Scale: Rs.8500 to 18600

• Age: Not more than 30 years

• Qualifications: Class 10th Passed with ITI diploma in Welder Trade with 3 years experience

Application fees:

Candidates are required to pay application fees of Rs.100 in the shape of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of “Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited, Nagpur”. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PHP category are not required to pay application fees.
