Minimum age limit for all the category is 18 years and Maximum age limit for UR Candidates is 40 years and for those who belong to SC / ST / BC Category will be 45 years.
Candidates must have graduate degree in Either Science or Arts from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications. Besides above qualifications, candidates must be proficient in computer operation; Word Processing, Spread Sheets etc.
Selection of the candidates will be made on the Basis of Shorthand and Transcription Test, Computer Proficiency Test followed by Viva Voce. Candidates must have Shorthand speed of 80 words per minutes and Transcriptions speed of 20 words per minutes to qualify in both the tests. After qualifying above tests, candidates will have to appear for Computer Proficiency Test which will be of 20 Marks and candidates will have to secure at least 40% Marks in Total. Those candidates who qualify in Computer Proficiency Test will be called for Viva Voce and Documents verifications.
Candidates will have to pay non refundable examination fees of Rs.500 and those who belong to SC / ST / ESM / BC Category will have to pay of Rs.125.

The above examination fees should be paid to the A/c No. 65127897184 of State Bank of Patiala, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, through NEFT Mode only. IFSC Code is STBP0000306. There is no any other mode of payment.
How to apply:
1. ONLINE Application will be done with Two Steps. First of all, candidates will have registered themselves with a valid Email Id and get Registration Id and Password. Print NEFT Receipt for paying application fees to the Designated Bank and get fee Details
2. Re-Login with Valid Registration Id and Password, Fill up fees and other required details, Upload photographs and Signature and Submit
3. After successfully payment of application fees candidates will be sent an SMS Alert to their Registered Mobile Number or Email to their Email Id
