For improving any language you need to practice both written and speaking skills of that language. Try to read as much as possible in English language for example read English newspaper, books and then daily try to write something in English like a small paragraph and get it checked from someone so that you can understand your mistakes and improve your grammar too also speak in English with others make phone conversation in English for example if you are calling a customer care of some shop speak in English. Also you can try to listen English Programs on TV. All these will definitely help you to improve your language. All the best.
