Recruitment Details of Upper Division Clerk and Multi Tasking Staff in ESIC Orissa
1. Upper Division Clerk
No. of Vacancies: – 04 (SC-01, ST-03)
Age Limit: – Maximum 27 years, Minimum 18 years as on 20.01.2012
Age Relaxation: – As per rules of Govt. of India, upper age relaxation benefit will be given to candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-servicemen. Department candidates and Govt employees may also get benefit of max age relaxation.
Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in any stream from govt recognised university.
Other Qualification: – Working Knowledge of Computer including M.S Office Package and Database.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 52000-20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
2. Multi Tasking Staff
No. of Vacancies: – 26 (UR-12, OBC-04, SC-01, ST-09)
Age Limit: – Not exceeding 25 years and not below 18 years as on 20.01.2012. However, relaxation in upper age would be admissible as per govt of India rules for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-servicemen.
Educational Qualification: – Candidates should have passed 10th (Matriculation) or equivalent from govt recognised board
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 1800/-Grade Pay
Selection Process: – On the basis of Written Test followed by Computer Skill Test candidates will be selected for the jobs of Upper Division Clerk. Candidates will be selected only after written test for recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff.
Written Test comprise Objective Type Multiple Answer. Questions will be asked from General Awareness, General Intelligence, General Language and Numerical Ability.
Exam Fee: – DD of Rs. 225/- is required for Examination of Upper Division Clerk and Rs. 125/- for Multi Tasking Staff Exam.
In the favour of “Regional Director, ESI Corporation” payable at Bhubaneswar DD should be Drawn.
Fee Exemption: – SC/ST/ PH / Female Candidates / Departmental and Ex-servicemen are not required to pay any exam fee.
