EPIL Recruitment for Executive Director (HR), GM, AGM, DGM, Sr. Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager 2011

Engineering Projects (India) LTD. Is one of the Mini Ratna Company of Indian Government. Its annual turnover is above than Rs. 1200 Crore, requires Eligible Candidates for its steel, civil, power, infrastructure and industrial Departments.

 

Details of recruitment are given below:-

1. Executive Director (HR-1, Fin-1, and Engineering-3), Level-E8, Total Vacancies-5, Pay Scale-Rs.51300-73000, Experience-at least 22 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 5 Yrs. in next below level in the pay scale of Rs.43200-66000/-(IDA) or in equivalent scale in govt./public sector, Maximum age limitation as on submission of application-55Yrs.

2. GM (HR-1,Fin-2,Civil-2), E7, 5, Rs.43200-66000, at least 18 Yrs. experience of post qualification executive and  2 Yrs. in next down level in govt./public sector,50 Yrs.

3. AGM (Legal-1, Fin-2, Civil-2), E6, 5, Rs.36600-62000, at least 15 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 2 Yrs. in next below level in public/govt. Organization, 45 Yrs.

 

4. DGM (Fin-2, Legal-1, Civil-4), E5, 7, Rs.32900-58000, at least 12 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 2 Yrs. in next below level in govt./public sector, 43 Yrs.

 

5.Sr. Manager (Elect.-2, Mechanical – 2, HR-3, Fin-3, Civil-7), E4, 17, Rs.29100-54500, Minimum of 9 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 2 Yrs. in next below level in a reputed  organization, 40 Yrs.

 

6. Manager, Grade-1 (Elec.-2, Mech.-2, Fin-2, Civil-4), E3, 10, Rs.24900-50500, at least 6 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 2 Yrs. in next below level in a reputed  organization, 35 Yrs.

 

7. Manager, Grade-2 (Elect.-2, Civil-6, Fin.-1, Mech.-2), E2, 11, Rs.20600-46500, at least 4 Yrs. post qualification executive and at least 2 Yrs. in next below level in a reputed  organization, 33 Yrs.

 

8. Assistant Manager (Elect.-4, Civil-15,HR-5, Fin-5, Mech.-4, IT-2(Software-1 and Hardware-1)), E1, 35, Rs.16400-40500, at least 2 Yrs. Work experience post qualification executive and at least 1 Yrs. in next below level in a reputeted  organization, 30 Yrs.

 

Job Qualification for Management Candidate:-

For EngineeringB.Tech/B.E. or AMIE or equivalent in the stream of Civil, Elect. Mechanical etc. (at least 55% marks)

 

HR2 Yrs. MBA (HR/MSW/Personal Management etc.(with 55% Marks), Candidate with LLB Degree Should be Considered as extra advantage.

FinanceMBA (Fin)/CA/ICWA (Graduate at least 55% marks)

 

ITMCA/B.E. at least 55% marks

Legal LLB at least 55% marks (preferred LLM Degree)

Reservation:- Reservation for SC/ST/OBCs/PWD (as per Gov. Rule)
