Batasia Loop: –
This is a looping railway line. The line slowly descends on a circular path in downward direction to Darjeeling. The whole way is 1000 ft. long. It starts from just below of Ghoom. Ghoom is the Railway station situated at the maximum height in India.
Traveling on it is full of enjoyment and thrill. . Besides it, there is a beautiful, charming and mesmerizing scene of Darjeeling and Kanchenjunga, standing just before the town can be enjoyed. There is also a memorial of war.
Chow Rasta or Crossroad: –
This place in Darjeeling is the centre of commercial activities. All types of shops, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants and stalls are available here. Fine view of Himalayas can be seen from here. People often enjoy a ride on horseback in leisure here.
LoydBotanical Garden: –
This is a rich garden in prospect of types and species of plants. Here is a fine collection of plants of all over the world. In summer months an annual flower show is held here.

This is a sacred site. MahakaalTemple related to Lord Shiva is situated here. Here is also a Buddhist monastery located. From Here one can see a majestic view of Kanchenjunga.
Tenzing Norgay Mountaineering institute: –
This is a first mountaineering training centre of India. Here is a museum called HMI museum. In this history of mountaineering is stated. Its attraction is the huge Telescope of Hitler by which Kanchenjunga’s beauty can be seen.
This is a beautiful Temple related to Hindu religion. This temple likes with Pashupatinath Temple of Katmandu.

Darjeeling ropeway: –
There are two long ropeways in Darjeeling. The first one is 1.8 km long and cover the distance from DarjeelingAsia. It is 8 kms long and also the connector of Darjeelingto Bijanbari. Second one is the longest ropeway of and Singla. It is also the bi-cable passenger ropeway.
