Competition Commission of India (CCI) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Expert Professional (Law). The post of Expert Professional Law is available in three levels and for a period of one yr, which may be increased as per need. Interested candidates may glimpse the details about post requirements in paragraph below: –




Educational Qualification: – Candidates should have degree in LLB or equivalent form recognized university

Desirable: – Candidates will get preference of having higher qualification with specialization in competition law related to intellectual property right or international trade laws.

Experience: – Candidates should have exp. in Judicial or legal work in any court, govt. regulatory authority or candidates should have experience as teaching positions like Professor, Reader, Lecturer in Law.

Remuneration: – Candidates will get Rs.30000 to 75000/- as per the level. Details related to level wise payment are showing in table: –

Category of Expert Experience Salary
Level I Up to 3 yrs. in respective field Rs.30000/-
Level II Up to 3- 5 yrs in respective field Rs.50000/-
Level III Up to 5 to 10 yrs in respective field Rs.75000/-
