Essential qualification and Experience

(1) For this post Candidate should have Master degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent  ‘B’ grade in the UGC 7 point Scale.

(2) (a)  Candidate should have minimum 15 years experience  as an Assistant professor in  AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above  or, minimum 8 years  service in AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor as well as experience regarding Administration of education

or,

(b) Experience of  Institution of higher education and/or experience about Research Establishment or,

(c) Minimum 15 years experience about administration, out of which 8 years shall be as Designation of Deputy Registrar or other equivalent post.

Desirable – (i) experience which should be considerable about administration of Education, personnel and financial management and capacity to lead administration in a institution which is residential. computer knowledge and web based administration skill is also required.

(ii) Excellent ability to coordinate and leading a team of officers with well experience.

Age – Limit – Maximum 50 years. In case of extra meritorious candidates, competent authority may be relax the age and experience as per rules and regulation of institution.

Salary – PB-4 Rs.-37400-67000/- with grade pay of Rs. 10000/- with all other allowances according to Institute Rules.

Period of Job – The period for this post is two years. Period can be extend beyond two years.

Essential qualification and experience —  For this post Candidates must have Master Degree with minimum 55% of marks or its equivalent Grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point Scale; as well as –

(a) Minimum 9  years working experience  as a Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000/- and above as well as good experience regarding administration of Education.

Or

(b) Experience of Institution of  higher studies and / or comparable experience in  research establishment.

Or,

(c) Minimum  5 years  working experience as a Assistant  Registrar or in equivalent post in IITs / Research institute / University System.

Desirable – (i) Good experience of computer based Accounting and Finance / Audit/ purchase and Store/ Academic knowledge.

(ii) Good knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations.

Age-Limit –  Maximum 45 years. In case of extra meritorious candidates, competent authority may relax the age and experience as per rules and regulation of institution.

Salary – PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- Per month and  All other allowances as per institute rules and regulation.

Essential qualification and experience – Candidate must be post graduate  with minimum 55% marks or its  equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale as well as good academic records.

Desirable – (a) minimum 3 years working experience as level of Supervisory.

(b) Good experience in Computer System and Application and Office Automation.

(c) Good knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations.

Age – Limit – Maximum 40 years. In case of extra meritorious candidates, competent authority may relax the age and experience as per rules and regulation of institution.

Job Description – Candidates shall be responsible for institute’s administration  according guidelines set up by Board of Governors and vice chancellor. The Registrar is expected to  become a person with positive attitude, have capacity of solving problems and with  a proven ability to coordinate the work of various wings such as Administration, Examination, Finance and Accounts, Store and purchase, Maintenance, and also with different Govt. and private agencies.
