Eligibility Criteria – Candidate Should be retired from minimum rank of General manager (TEGS VII) as well as candidate should have minimum 20 years experience in running /managing a training establishment or a retired professor from a banking training institute like CAB/NIBM etc.with minimum 10 years experience in administration/ academics of a college.
Age limit – Maximum 65 years.
Nature of Job – This job is on contract basis. Contract period is 6 months which will be extend with subject to review of performance after first 3 months.
Salary – Rs 50,000/- (consolidated )
Other Facility – Bank’s Car with driver
Job description – Advisor will have to Advise the Bank about the development of infrastructure and other facilities in the Training Setup and Staff college.
Advisor will also have to help in preparation and implementation of training plan in tune with Corporate objectives.
Advisor will help any other specific task related to Banks training.
