Reservation Status – UR- 80, SC-75, BC (A)- 30, BC(B)- 86, EX-SM (Gen)- 27, EX-SM (BCA)- 37, EX-SM – (BCB)- 37, EX-SM (SC)- 61, Outstanding Sports Person- 38 (UR- 12, SC- 13, BCA-07, BCB- 06)
Educational Qualification –
Applicant must have passed Tenth or equivalent from any reputed and recognized Board. Aspirant should have studied Hindi Language up to tenth class level.
Necessary Physical Standard –
For Male – Height – 168 cm, Chest – 79 cm (with expansion – 84 cm),
For Female – Height – 155 cm, Chest – 74 cm (with expansion – 79 cm).
Note – Aspirants will have to qualify a Walking Test of 25 Kms for Men and 14 kms for Women which should be completed in four hours.
Age Limit – (As reckoned on 08/04/2013) –
Applicant’s age should not be below than 17 years and not over than 40 years.
Scale of pay – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- Per Month.
Selection Procedure – Appointment will be made on the basis of Written Test and / or interview.
Application Fee – Rs. 100/- (For SC/BC Category of Haryana State – Rs. 25/-) by way of IPO or Bank DD in favor of –‘ Secretary Departmental Selection Committee, Haryana Forest Department, Payable at Panchkula. DD or IPO Receipt should be enclosed with application.
How to Apply – Desired Person who have required qualification as written above for the position of Forest Guard may apply for the same. Application should be sent in only given prescribed format. One recent passport size attested photograph must be affixed on the suitable space on the application. Photocopies of all relevant supporting document in proof of Educational Qualification etc must be enclosed with application.Envelope containing application should be superscribed as –‘Application for the post of Forest Guard.”
