MOIL Vacancy Details of Management Trainee Jobs
1. Management Trainee (HR)
No. of Vacancies – 08 Vacancies (SC-01, OBC – 02, OT-05)
Educational Qualification – Applicants must possess following qualification -
1. Master degree in Social Work with any one of Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare.
OR, Post Graduate degree or diploma in IR/ PM/MLS OR, MBA with Personnel Management or HRD or HR
Preferential Qualification – Graduation in Law
Maximum Age Limit – Less than 30 years
Period of Training – One year
Salary - In Training Period – Rs. 16,400/- (Fixed) Per Month., After Training Period – Pay Scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/- Per Month.
Method of Selection – Applicants will be selected on the basis of interview. Aspirants can be shortlisted for interview.
Application Fee - Rs. 100/- in form of Demand Draft in favour of ‘MOIL Limited, Nagpur. DD should be enclosed with applications.
