HIL Vacancy Details of Management Trainee, Graduate Engineer Trainee Jobs
1. Management Trainee (MT)
No. of Vacancies - 11 Vacancies (Finance -04, Personnel and HR – 03, Commercial -04)
Maximum Age Limit – 28 years
Educational Qualification – Applicant should have passed with 60% marks ( only passed for SC/ST/PWD) in any one of following degree -
1. For Finance Discipline – I.C.A.I. or I.C.W.A or MBA in Finance.
2. For Personnel and HR – MBA with Specialization in HR or MSW or with Personnel Management / PG in Industrial Relations and Personal Management / Human Resources Management or equivalent.
3. For Commercial Discipline – Engineering Graduate With Mechanical stream / Science Graduation / Post Graduate in Material Management or equivalent.
Salary - Fixed amount of Rs. 20,000/- Per Month.
2. Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
No. of Vacancies – 14 Vacancies (Chemical Engineering – 07, Mechanical Engineering – 03, Electrical Engineering – 02, Instrumentation Engineering – 01, Civil Engineering -01)
Educational Qualification – Graduation in field of Engineering in any one of Mechanical / Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation / or Electrical with 60% marks (only passed for SC/ST/PWD)
Age Limit – Maximum 26 years
Salary – Fixed amount of Rs. 20,000/- Per Month.
Relaxation in upper Age limit - Relaxation in upper age limit will be given for SC/ST up to 05 years , OBC, PWD, and XS up to 03 years.
Job Location – Rasayani / Alwaye/ Bhatinda and Delhi.
Selection Process – Written Test and GD / Interview.
Application Fee – DD of Rs. 500/- in favour of ‘Hindustan Insecticides Limited’, Payable at New Delhi (SC/ ST/ PWD Person are exempted from the application fee)
