Vijaya Bank has proclaimed to appoint the aspirants who have qualified Common Written Examination for Clerk held in 2011 by Indian Institute of Banking Personnel Selection ( IBPS ) as Probationary Clerk in pay scale of Rs. 7,200 – 19,300 plus other allowances. Age limit as on 01.08.2012 - Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years.
Relaxation in age limit – 5 years for SC / ST , 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Pay Scale – Rs. 7200 – 19300 per month
Educational qualification – Candidates must be pass Matriculation with minimum 60 % marks from Central / State Government Board.
OR HSC Examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from recognized institution.
OR Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Essential qualification – Aspirants must have qualified the Common Written Examination for clerk recruitment organized by Indian Institute of Personnel Selection Board ( IBPS ) in 2011 with respective marks mentioned in recruitment notification.
Selection procedure – Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in IBPS CWE for Clerk and Interview.
Application fee – General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs. 100 /- ( Rs. 20 /- for SC / ST / PWD ) through Challan in nearest branch of Vijaya Bank.
