Vacancy Details of the Job of  Attendant – Technician Trainee at SAIL Salem

Name of Job – Attendant – Technician Trainee 

No. of Vacancies – Total 54 seat  ( Gen -23, SC -10,  OBC -14, PH -01, ESM -07 )

For ITI Fitter Trade – 26 seat, ITI Electrician Trade – 20 seat, ITI Welder Trade – 08

Educational Qualification – Applicant should have passed SSLC/ HSC with having ITI degree in any one of Fitter, Welder or Electrician Trade from reputed and recognized institution.

Maximum Age Limit – UR – 28 years, SC/ ST  -33 years, OBC – 31 years, Displaced Person – 35 years,  Ex – Service Men – As per rules of Govt.

Training Period –  Two years which may be increased as per need.

Salary - During Training Period – Ist year – Rs. 6600/- (Fixed) Per Month, IInd year – Rs. 7700/- (Fixed) Per Month. After successfully completion of training , Candidates will be paid salary according to  Pay Scale of Rs. 8630-3%-12080/- Per Month

Selection Process - Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Interview and Medical Test

Job Location - Salem Steel Plant, Salem (Tamil Nadu)

Mode of Payment – Application fee should be paid in form of DD drawn in favour of SAIL – A/c  Salem Steel Plant, which should be payable at State Bank of India,  Salem steel Plant campus.

How to Apply – Applicant with suitability may send their application in prescribed format along with photocopies of certificates regarding Educational qualification, age limit, and Caste (If applicable) and DD of required amount. A recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the application. Name of the position for which applied must be written on the envelope containing application. Duly filled application with all respect  and attached with all required documents should be sent to below written address by only ordinary post.
