NIPGR Vacancy Details of the Job of SRF, JRF, TA and Lab Attendant

1. Name of Position – Senior Research Fellow

No. of Vacancies - 01 Seat

Educational Qualification – Applicant should be PG degree holder or equivalent in Bioinformatics and having at least two year experience in relevant area. Awareness of Computers, Perl/ Java /Linux/ is essential. Applicant should have obtained first class in his throughout career. Experience holder in Data analysis will be preferred.

Salary – As per Project norms.

2. Name of Job – Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of Vacancies – 01 seat

Educational qualification – Applicant must have completed Master of Science in any one of Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences or other relevant subject. Applicant must have obtained first division in throughout career.

Desirable – Experience in any one of including transcriptomics, functional genomics, generation and analysis of transgenics or microarray data analysis.

Salary - As per project norms.

3. Name of Designation – Technical Assistant

No. of Vacancies - 02 seat

Educational Qualification – PG in Life Science / Graduation in Science with at least two year experience in applications of computers.

Desirable - Experience in area of advanced molecular biology techniques / bioinformatics.

Salary - Fixed amount of Rs. 8,000/- Per Month.

4. Name of Job – Lab Attendant

No. of Vacancies – 01 seat

Educational qualification – Applicant should be passed in Matriculation with having working experience in any reputed laboratory.

Salary – Rs. 6,000/- (Fixed) Per Month.

Nature and Period of Job – Contractual basis initially for one year
