Recruitment at CISF for the Departmental Vacancy of Sub-Inspector Job

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has issued a  recruitment notification for the job of Sub Inspector. CISF Sub Inspector Departmental Vacancy Details 

Name of Position – Sub- Inspector (Executive) 

No. of vacancies - 417 (UR- 324, SC-62, ST-31)

Eligibility Condition - (I) Applicant should have complete at least 04 years service in CISF as  a Constable (GD or Tradesman)/ Assistant Sub Inspector / Executive / Head Constable (GD). Duration of Service will be  reckoned on 01st of August, 2012 including training period.

(II) Essential Educational Qualification – Bachelor degree in any faculty.

(III) Physical Standard – (a) Height – For All Person – Male -170 Cms, Female – 157 Cms.

For Far Flung area related Person – Male – 165 Cms, Female – 155 Cms.

For ST Person – Male – 162.5 cms, Female – 154 cms.

(b) Chest – For only Male – For all person – 80-85 Cms,  For ST Person – 77-82 cms.

(c) Weight – According to height and age

(d) Medical Category – SHAPE-I

Maximum Age Limit – 32 years as on 01/08/2012. upper age limit will be relaxed up to 05 years for SC/ST Category Person.

Selection Process – Written Examination, Physical Measurement test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Medical Examination
