UKPSC, newly formed PSC, was came in existence on 09th November 2000. Since then govt. of Uttarakhand is very much rely on Public Service Commission of Uttarakhand for picking Class I & II officers. Selecting eligible persons demanding more transparency in system, which is silent feature of UKPSC.

At this time, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) invites applications from Indian Nationals to fill vacancies of Civil Judge. Candidates having completed Bachelor Degree in Law discipline and not older than 35 years are liable to apply. Such persons may send their applications latest by 16th August 2012. Job details of Civil Judge of UKPSC

Name of Position: – Civil Judge

No. of Vacancies: – 08

Educational Qualification: – Having completed Bachelor Degree in Law discipline and conversant of Computer operations.

Limitation of Age: – As on 01st January 2012, applicants should have attained 22 years of age but not exceed 35 years of age.

Relaxation in Age: – Despite of fixation of upper age, candidates of reserved category of Uttarakhand are liable for getting upper age concession benefit.

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 27700-770-33090-920-40500-1080-44770

Process of Selection: – On the basis of Written Test (Prelim & Mains) selection will be made.

Application Fee: – Candidates other than reserved category of Uttarakhand will have to pay Rs. 220/- as Application cum Exam fee. Only Rs. 130/- to be paid by SC/ST and PH candidates of Uttarakhand.

How to apply: – OMR applications to be used by applicants for sending their applications. OMR applications are available at 13 branches of Post Office of Uttarakhand. After obtaining OMR sheet by making payment at nearest post office, candidates will have to fill with extra care. Recent photographs of applicants to be affixed at space given for it on OMR sheet.
