Vacancies of MPSC for Civil Judge: Apply Online

To recruit Civil Judge in Junior division a notification has been published by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). In context of it, Online applications are being invited by MPSC from eligible Indian. Here it is quite evident to mention through particular competitive exam 150 candidates for Civil Judge positions would be selected. Indian Nationals having desire to join judiciary have a right time to move on. Fresh Law Graduates & Experienced one are eligible to apply. Job Details of Civil Judge of MPSC

Name of Position: – Civil Judge

No. of Vacancies: – 150

Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in Law and 03 years practice as an advocate / attorney

Note: – In case of Fresh Graduate time of work experience will not be applicable. But all of them should be Member of Ministerial Staff/ Member of Staff Working as Legal Assistant.

Age Limit (as on 01st November 2012): – Age of Fresh Graduate should be in between 21 to 25 years level. In case of experienced contenders upper age would be swung to 35 years mark.

Age Relaxation: – Upper age would be extended by 05 years for Backward caste and 10 years for PH (excluding Blind)

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 27700-44770/- with other allowances

Process of Selection: – Selection process depends on Written Exam (Prelims & Mains) and Interview.

Application Fee: – Candidates other than Backward Classes have to remit Rs. 260/- as application fee. While Rs. 135/- to be paid by Backward Classes as fee.

Mode of Payment: – Either of following things as SBI Challan, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Cash Card to be used for making payment.
