Recruitment of Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk and Commercial Clerk in ECR Hajipur : 

East Central Railway Hajipur has declared for the appointment of PWD candidates on the Thirty vacant positions of Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Commercial Clerk and Steno in pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with different grade pay per month. Regarding to which, applications are invited in prescribed format only from PWD candidates who have completed the requisite educational qualifications and meet other terms and conditions. Such candidates wishing to apply are required to send their applications with all essential documents to Dy. Chief Personnel Officer, so as to reach on or before 19.07.2012. Recruitment details for the vacancies of Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Commercial Clerk etc : - 

Employment Notice No. – ECR / Group – C / 1 / 2012 ( SRD ) 

1. Junior Clerk 

No. of Vacancies – 15

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 1900 Grade Pay per month

Educational qualification – Matriculation or Higher Education with typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi.

2. Accounts Clerk 

No. of Vacancies – 08

Pay scale – Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 1900 Grade Pay per month

Educational qualification – Same as Sr. 1.

3. Commercial Clerk 

No. of Vacancies – 06

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 2000 Grade Pay per month

Educational qualification – Matriculation Pass or its equivalent or Higher Education

4. Steno 

No. of Vacancies – 01

Pay scale – Rs. 5200 – 20200 /- per month

Educational qualification – Matriculation or its equivalent or Higher Education and 80 wpm in Hindi shorthand for a duration of 10 minutes and transcription time 75 minutes.

Age limit – Candidates’ age should be between 18 and 30 years as on 01.07.2012.

Selection procedure – Written Examination, Typing Test, Short Hand plus Speed Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.

How to apply : - Application filled in prescribed format and accompanied by attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, age, PWD etc should be sent by ordinary post on or before 19.07.2012 to Dy. Chief Personnel Officer ( Recruitment ), Recruitment Cell, CPO Office, East Central Railway, Hajipur ( Vaishali ) – 844101 ( Bihar ). Application should be sealed in a envelope that should be superscribed as ” Application for the posts in pay band – 1 plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900 / 2000 / 2400 against employment notice ecr / group – c / 1 / 2012 ( SRD )”.
