Recruitment of Graduate Engineers Trainees and Management Trainees in DVC : Apply online

Damodar Valley Corporation ( DVC ) has published an advertisement for the recruitment of Graduate Engineers Trainees and Management Trainees in pay scale of Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Rs. 5,650 /- Grade Pay and Rs. 20600 – 46500 /- with other allowances per month. It has invited applications through online mode from result-oriented engineering professionals who have qualified the GATE – 2012 examination to fill the vacant positions. Recruitment details for the vacancies of Graduate Engineers Trainees and Management Trainees : -

1. Graduate Engineer Trainees ( For DVC )

No. of Vacancies – 207 ( Electrical – 76, Mechanical – 116, C & I – 18, Information Technology – 06 and Commn. – 01 )

Pay Scale - Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Rs. 5,650 /- Grade Pay per month

Age limit as on 01.01.2012 – Candidates’ age should not be exceed than 29 years.

Educational qualification – Bachelor degree in engineering / technology in respective discipline with minimum 65% marks ( 60% marks for SC / ST ) from recognized university and Qualified GATE 2012 in the discipline in which they have completed educational qualification.

2. Management Trainee ( For JVC of DVC )

No. of Vacancies – 30 ( Electrical – 09, Mechanical – 20 and C & I – 01 )

Pay Scale – Rs. 20600 – 46500 /- per month

Age limit as on 01.01.2012 – Not exceed than 29 years.

Educational qualification – Bachelor degree in Engineering in respective discipline with minimum 65% marks ( 60% marks for SC / ST ) from any recognized university and Qualified GATE – 2012 in same discipline.

Relaxation in maximum age – Relaxation of three years for OBC candidates and Five year SC / ST candidates will be given.

Selection procedure – Candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Psychometric Test and Personal interview on the basis of marks obtained in GATE – 2012.
