Cochin Shipyard intends to recruit a few Graduate persons on to positions of Executive Trainee. Online applications are being brought from suitable persons, in context of aforesaid vacancies. Indian Nationals have completed BE / B.Tech in discipline like Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / IT / Computer Science / Instrumentation are eligible for technical position like Executive Trainee. While candidates acquired Degree in other stream may pose their Challenges against Executive Trainee (HR & Finance). Job details of Executive Trainee of Cochin Shipyard
Name of Position: – Executive Trainee (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / IT / Instrumentation/ HR / Finance)
No. of Vacancies: – 14 (UR-08, SC-02, OBC-03, ST-01)
Disciplinewise vacancies are as following: – Mechanical 07 (UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01), Electrical 01 (OBC), Instrumetation 01 (SC), Civil 01 (UR), Human Resource 01 (UR), Finance 01 (UR), IT 02 (OBC-01, UR-01)
Limitation of Age: - Applicants age should not exceed 27 years as on 31st July 2012.
Age Relaxation: – Despite of fixation of age, extension by 03 years would be applicable for OBC, 05 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification: – Aspirant of all positions other than HR & Finance should have passed BE/ B.Tech in concerned discipline. Simple Graduate with not less than 65% obtained marks are suitable for HR & Finance discipline of Executive Trainee.
Salary: – During period of Training, which will be lasted for 01 year, Rs. 22000/- per month will be paid. After completion of training candidates will be placed under pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%-40500/- per month
Selection Process: – Method of selection depends on Written Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: – DD of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of ‘Cochin Shipyard Limited’ payable at Kochi to enclose with application.
Fee Exemption: – Applicants hailing from SC/ST/PWD community are exempted for paying application fee.
How to apply: – To send application, candidates have to en route for Online mode. The purpose of Online applying would be fulfilled either at career page of Cochin Shipyard or at below ‘Apply Online’ link. Link will be active between 30th July to 24th August 2012. Applicants looking to apply are suggested to remit application fee at either nationalized bank and after then follow Apply Online Link.
After submission of Online applications print out of system generated application to be taken and enclosing it with DD of requisite amount also affix own passport size photograph.
