Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has issued a vacancy notification to fill vacancies of Research Assistant & Junior Engineer from suitable Indian. Regarding this, applications are being invited by APSC from deserving persons. Candidates possessing Bachelor Degree in either stream may pose their challenges up against 04 Research Assistant jobs and those completed Diploma in Architecture may apply for Junior Engineer vacancies. Job details of Research Assistant & Junior Engineer of APSC

1. Research Assistant

No. of Vacancies: – 04 (OC-03, OBC/MOBC-01)

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2012): – Age should be fallen in between 21 to 38 years of range.

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 8000-35000/- per month with grade pay Rs. 4300

Essential Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in either stream

2. Junior Engineer (Architecture)

No. of Vacancies: – 01

Essential Qualification: – Diploma in Architecture

Age Limit: – Minimum 18 years & Maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2012

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-

Selection Procedure: – By the means of personal interview candidates will be selected.

Application Fee: – As application fee applicants will have to pay Rs. 5.00 (Rs. 2.50 for SC/ST) in shape of Treasure Challan. The Challan should be addressed Head of Account ‘Non Tax Revenue – Other Non Tax Revenue -0051-PSC, 102-State Public Service Commission Application / Examination Fee Receipt of APSC’

How to apply: – To send applications, candidates will have to use prescribed format, which is obtainable from Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission. Attested copy of certificates containing record of Age Proof, Educational Qualification, Caste to be attached with duly filled applications. A self addressed post card and 02 attested copy of passport size photographs should also be enclosed with applications.

Application complete in all respect should reach at ‘Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission, Khanapara, Guwahati 22′ latest by 31/07/2012.
