State Drugs Control and Research Laboratory ( SDCRL ), Govt. of West Bengal has published a recruitment notification for the appointment on the posts of Junior Scientific Assistant and Laboratory Assistant on contract basis for a period of one year. In this concern, it has invited applications in prescribed format from the eligible applicants along with all essential documents. Aspirants who will fulfill the below mentioned all terms and conditions of this recruitment can apply by 29.06.2012 to the Director. Recruitment details for the job of Junior Scientific Assistant and Laboratory Assistant : -

1. Junior scientific Assistant

No. of Vacancies – 06

Salary – Rs. 17,420 /- per month

Educational qualification – Graduation in science discipline with Chemistry / Botany / Zoology / Physiology as on the subjects or B.Pharma from any recognized university.

2. Laboratory Assistant

No. of Vacancies – 09

Salary – Rs. 13,580 /- per month

Educational qualification – B.Sc. with Chemistry / Botany / Zoology as one of the subject or B.Pharma from a recognized university.

Age limit – Applicants’ age should not be exceed than 40 years as on 01.01.2012.

Selection procedure - Selection will be done on the basis of merit cum walk in interview.

Nature of job – Contract basis

Period of contract – One year
