Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh needs some qualified and proficient personnel for filling up the vacant post of Projects Manager, Lab Supervisor, Lab Technician, Data Entry Operator, and Lab Attendant for a research project of its school of public health. Vacancy Notification Details of PGIMER for the post of Project Manager, Lab Supervisor, Lab Technician, Data Entry Operator, and Lab Attendant

Title of Research Project – ‘District Level Household and Facility Survey-4 (DLHS-4)

Funding Agency – NIHFW, Delhi

1. Name of Post – Project Manager

No. of Vacant position – 01

Educational Qualification - Candidate must be qualified in any one of MBBS/ MHA/ MPH/ MD (Community Medicine)/ MBA/ B.Tech/ M.Sc (Nutrition)/ M.Com/ Ph.D from recognized University and having good working knowledge of MS-Office and Management of Accounts and Stock

Preferential qualification - At least 01 to 02 year experience in management of project.

Salary – Consolidated amount of Rs. 30,000/- Per Month.

2. Name of Post – Lab Supervisor

No. of Vacancies - 04 Post

Educational Qualification - Candidates possess qualification of any one in B.Sc Biochem/ BMLT/ DMLT OR Graduation/ Post Graduation in Home Science / Staff Nurse / ANM from recognized institution

Desirable – Candidates who have worked at least 01 to 02 years after their education in any reputed laboratory will be preferred.

Salary - A fixed sum of Rs. 19,500/- Per Month.

3. Name of Post – Lab Technician

No. of Vacancies – 24 Post

Educational Qualification – Candidate should be passed in Master or Bachelor degree in Biochemistry Or, DMLT with at least 02 to 03 years experience in similar project work or survey of nutrition.

Salary - Rs. 13,500/- (Fixed) Per Month.

4. Name of Post – Data Entry Operator

No. of Vacancies – 02 Post

Essential qualification – Applicant should be bachelor degree holder in any faculty with having completed at least One year diploma course in Computer Application Or Candidate should possess BCA degree from any reputed institution. Knowledge of Tally accounting package is essential.

Desirable – At least 02 to 03 year experience.

Salary - Rs. 13,500/- (Fixed) Per Month.

5. Name of the Post – Lab Attendant

No. of Vacancies – 06 Post

Educational Qualification – Candidate should have passed Middle school or Tenth Class from recognized board.

Salary – Rs. 5500/- Per Month (Fixed)

Duration and Nature of Job – All of above Jobs are on temporary basis for period of six months.
