Energy and Power Department, Govt. of Sikkim is going to fill up 40 vacancies of various posts in different pay scale on temporary regular basis. Aspirants are required to go through the following details before applying and if they fulfill eligibility criteria for the post and all the terms and conditions made by Govt. of Sikkim, Department of Entergy for the suitable job may apply in prescribed format between 25/04/2012 and 25/05/2012. 1. Cable Jointer (Grade-III) – 01 – Matriculation or equivalent with ITI
2. Lineman – 04 – Matriculation from a recognized board
3. Switch Board Operator Grade-III – 01 – Class 10th Passed from recognized board
4. Meter Reader Grade-III – 01 – Matriculation from a recognized board
5. Assistant Switch Board Operator – 01 – Class 8th Passed with ITI Diploma
6. Assistant Turbin Operator – 06 – Class 10th Passed
7. Line Assistant – 23 – Class 8th Passed
8. Blacksmith Grade-III – 01 – Class 8th Passed
9. Safaikarmachari – 01 – Class 4th Passed
10. Peon – 01 – Class 4th Passed
How to apply: Those who fulfill the above said qualifications for the respective post may apply in prescribed format which can be obtained from reception counter in room, Entergy and Power Department Gangtok, for which candidates will have to pay of Rs.50 in shape of Bank Receipt under the “Revenue Head” 0801-Power-01-Hydel Generation – 800-02 – others receipt. Duly furnished application in all respect with attested copies of supporting documents such as Mark sheet and Certificate with date of birth, a valid local employment card, Domicile and NOC (if service candidate) should be submitted at the same place on or before 25/05/2012.
