Recruitment in Kandla Port Trust for Various Vacancies:-
Applications are being invited from eligible candidates for recruitment on the posts of Pilot, Marine Engineer, Medical Officer, Senior Medical Officer, Assistant Electrical Engineer and Resident Medical Officer. 1. Name of the post: Pilot
Total vacant posts: 15 in which 09 on contact basis.
Pay Scale: Rs. 29100-54500 with other allowances.
Essential Educational Qualification: Candidates must having a certificate of competency as Master of a Foreign going ship.
Experience: Should have working experience as a Chief Officer on a foreign going ship / Executive Officer in Navy.
Age Limit: age of the applicant should not be exceeded than 35 years for permanent post and 60 years for contractual post.
2. Job Name: Marine Engineer
Number of posts: 02
Pay Scale: Rs. 29100-54500/-
Educational Qualification: MOT or BOT Certificate of Competency as Marine Engineer (Motor) with minimum 2nd class.
Age limit: Maximum 40 years.
3. Name of the Job: Senior Medical Officer (Specialist)
Number of posts: 02 for Gen
Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-
Upper age limit: 40 years
Educational qualification with experience: MBBS with Post Graduation in Surgery / Orthopedics and 03 years of post qualification experience.
4. Name of the Post: Medical Officer
Number of posts: 01 for PH
Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Essential Educational Qualification: MBBS with 01 year of experience in hospital.
5. Post Name: Assistant Electrical Engineer (Floating Craft)
Number of vacant post: 01 for ST
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-
Essential Qualification and Experience: Candidates must have Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 03 years of experience in maintenance of marine installation in case of candidates having degree or 05 years of same experience in case of candidates having diploma qualification.
Age limit: age of the candidate should not be more than 40 years.
6. Post Name: Resident Medical Officer (on contact)
Number of posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 30000/- per month
Upper age limit: 62 years.
