Recruitment in District Legal Service Authority Gaya (Bihar) for Clerk, Stenographer, Typist & Office Clerk Vacancies

Legal Service Authority of Gaya (BIHAR)  has published a vacancy notification and invited applications accordingly to fill Clerk, Stenographer, Bench Clerk & Typist posts.  Candidates who have at least passed 10th and their age are fallen between 18-37 years are eligible for above jobs. Such candidates can send their applications on plain paper within 21 days (12.06.2012). Remaining details will be found out in upcoming paragraphs: -

Vacancy Details of Clerk cum Typist, Stenographer & Bench Clerk 

1. Clerk cum Typist

No. of Vacancies: – 02

Educational Qualification: – Should have passed Matriculation exam.

Technical Qualification: – Skillful in Typing with not less than 30 wpm and Knowledge  of Computer applications.

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- per month

2. Stenographer

No. of Vacancies: – 02

Educational Qualification: – 10th passed with Knowledge of Computer Operations.

Technical Qualification: – Proficient in skill of both Short Hand & Typing with minimum 80 wpm and 30 wpm respectively.

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- per month

3. Bench Clerk / Office Clerk

No. of Vacancies: – 01

Educational Qualification: - Matriculation

Other Qualification: – Should be skillful in Typing with minimum 30 wpm also having sound knowledge of computer operations.

Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- per month

Note: – As on 01.01.2011; Candidates age should be in slot of 18-37 years if they belong to UR category. Upper limit would be extended by 03 & 05 years for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process: – The process of selection comprises Written Test & Personal Interview.

Application Fee: – Candidates other than UR category have to pay Rs. 25/- as application fee. Rs. 100/- is required to pay as application by UR candidates.

Mode of Payment: – Either of Postal Order or Bank Draft will be used for paying application fee. In the favour of ‘President, District Legal Service Authority Gaya’ DD or Post Order should be drawn.

How to apply: – Candidates meeting with above eligibility and interested to apply may use plain paper for it. Attested copy of certificates claiming age proof, caste, domicile, character and educational qualification are needed to attach with duly filled applications. Self addressed envelope, DD or IPO as application fee should also be enclosed with applications. At right corner of application passport size photographs of candidates should be affixed.

Applications complete in all respect will have to send through Registered Post / Speed Post at the address of ‘President, District Legal Service Authority Gaya (Bihar)’ within 21 days of publication.
