MPPEB was set up in 1970 by the government of Madhya Pradesh for conducting Pre Medical Test. Later, it was merged with Pre Engineering Board and Now it conducts a lots of entrance tests ( MET, Pre MCA, Pre PG etc ) for admission to various colleges.

Now , Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board ( MPPEB ) is going to conduct a combined selection test – 2012 for the recruitment of Watchman, Male Nurse, Instructor, Pharmacist etc under MP jail department. Regarding to which, applications through online mode are invited from the eligible and desirous candidates between 19.04.2012 and 14.05.2012. 1. Watchman

No. of Vacancies - 300

Pay Scale - Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 1900 GP per month

Educational Qualification - Candidates must have passed Matriculation examination through 10+2 system or Higher Secondary with old syllabus

Physical Standard -

i. Height - Male – 165 cm and Female – 158 cm

ii. Chest - 83 cm

2. Pharmacist Grade II

No. of Vacancies - 23

Pay Scale - Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 1900 GP per month

Educational Qualification - Candidates should be qualified in Higher Secondary Examination with Biology, Chemistry and Physics or 12th examination on the basis of 10+2 education system and should have diploma of Pharmacist.

3. Instructor ( Badaigiri )

No. of Vacancies - 02

Pay Scale - 5200 to 20200 with Rs. 1900 GP per month

Educational Qualification - Candidates must be qualified Matriculation examination on the basis of 10+2 education system or Higher secondary examination with old syllabus and should have certificate in badaigiri from any institute.

Experience - 3 years in badaigiri

4. Instructor ( Weaving )

No. of vacancies - 02

Pay Scale - Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Rs. 1900 GP per month

Educational Qualification - Candidates should be qualified in Matriculation examination on the basis of 10+2 education system or Higher Secondary examination with old syllabus and should have one year diploma in weaving.

Experience - 3 years in relevant discipline

5. Male Nurse

No. of Vacancies - 18

Pay Scale - 5200 – 20200 plus Rs. 2800 GP per month

Educational Qualification - Pass Matriculation examination on 10+2 education system or Higher Secondary examination with old syllabus.

Note - preference will be given to experienced nurse.

6. Supervisor

No. of Vacancies - 01

Pay scale - Rs. 5200 -

Educational Qualification - Applicants should be qualified 12th examination on the basis of 10+2 education system or Higher secondary examination with old syllabus.

7. Teacher / Assistant Teacher

No. of Vacancies - 05

Educational Qualification - Candidates should be qualified 12 examination under 10+2 education system or Higher Secondary Examination with old syllabus and B.T.C. / D.Ed. / D.Sc.

Age limit as on 01.01.2013 : -

i. Watchman - Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years

ii. Pharmacist, Instructor, Male nurse, Teacher / Assistant Teacher and Supervisor - Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years.

Application fee - Applicants have to pay Rs. 500 /- ( Rs. 250 /- for SC/ST/PH ) through Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking or MP online.
