Mahagenco Junior Fire Officer, Fireman, Junior Security Officer Recruitment 2012
The Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (Mahagenco,) the second largest power producing company in India, requires Junior Fire Officer, Fireman and Junior Security Officer in different pay scales. So, online applications are being invited from eligible candidates for above mentioned posts. Those candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications for the post may apply online till 15/05/2012. Mahagenco Recruitment for Junior Fire Officer, Fireman, Junior Security Officer Vacancy Detail:
1. Junior Fire Officer – 32 Posts – Rs.11600 to 32030 – High Secondary with Sub Officers Course from NFSC Nagpur or Fire Sub officer course from NFSC Vadodara – Age: 33 years
2. Fireman – 60 Posts – Rs.8040 to 15725 – Matriculation with passed in Fireman Course – Age: 33 years
3. Junior Security Officer – 25 Posts – Rs.9570 to 27275 – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university – Age: 33 years
Note: Age limit will be calculated as on 31/03/2012
Selection Process: Selection of the candidates on these posts will be made on the basis of written examination; Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Personal Interview and Psychometric Test.
• PET (Male): PET for Male Consists of 800 Meters Run in 3 Minutes, Carrying of 50 KG Weight on shoulder to a distance of 60 Meters, Rope Climbing to a height of 15 Fits, Non-Stop 30 Sit-ups in 50 Seconds or 10 pull-pus
• PET (Female): 800 Miters Run in 4 Minutes, 40 Kg weight Carrying on shoulder to a distance to 60 Meters, Rope Climbing to a height of 13 Fits, 25 Sits up in 50 Seconds or 8 Pull ups
Application Fees: Rs.500 for Jr. Fire Officer and Jr. Security Officer, Rs.300 for Fireman in case of Open Category and Rs.250 for Jr. Fire Officer and Jr. Security Officer, Rs.150 for Fireman in case of Reserved Category. The prescribed application fees can be deposited to any branch of SBI for which candidates will have to pay of Rs.50 extra as bank charges
How to apply: Online application for the post can be made till 15/05/2012. After online registration candidates are required to take copy of payment challan and pay appropriate application fees to any branch of SBI. After 24 hours of payment of application, candidates will be able to take print out of online application. Candidates are required to send the application print with copies supporting document to “Post Box No. 8722, Andheri (East) Mumbai – 400069” on or before 19/05/2012. Application received after last date will not be entertained
