Recruitment in ESIC Kolkata for UDC, MTS (Sports Persons) Vacancy

Employee’s State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Kolkata has announced Vacancies of UDC and MTS . So, Applications are invited by it from only sports Persons who having requisite eligibility as mentioned below. Such sports persons may send their Applications in prescribed format Latest by 07 th of May, 2012. Detailed Recruitment information are given below: -

ESIC UDC/MTS Vacancy Details for Sports Person

1. Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

No. of Vacancies – 10

Detailed Vacancies with Discipline – Football-02 (only for Men), Volleyball-02 (only for Men), Badminton- 04 (Men-02, Women – 02), Table Tennis -02 (Men-01, Women-01)

Age Limit – 18 to 27 years as counted on 07/05/2012.

Educational Qualification –   Candidate should have completed Bachelor Degree or equivalent from any recognized University. Candidate should also have working knowledge of Computer with MS Office and Database software.

Pay Scale -Rs.5200-20200/- with a Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- Per Month.

2. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

No.of  Vacancies – 06

Vacancies Details with Discipline – Football -04 (Only for Men), Volley Ball – 02 ( Only for Men)

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200/- with a Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/- Per Month.

Age Limit - 18 to 25 years as reckoned 07/05/2012.

Essential Qualification – Candidate must have Matriculation or equivalent passed from recognized board.

Sports Qualification – For all aforesaid posts, Candidates must have represented  and awarded at level of either National or International event.

Application Fee -  A sum of Rs.225/- in form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque  drawn in favour of ‘The Regional Director, E.S.I Corporation, Kolkata, issued from State Bank of India,Payable at Kolkata, must be enclosed with Application. SC/ST/Female/Government Staff/ ESIC Employees are exempted for paying any examination fee.

How to Apply – Candidates having requisite Educational and Sports qualification and want to apply should do it in only prescribed format, which is available at bottom part of this webpage. Candidate should fill Application in their own handwriting. One recent passport size photograph  (Duly attested by Gazetted Officer) should be pasted on the application and one extra same photograph should be enclosed with application. Candidate should write their name on the back side of photograph. Envelope containing Application must be superscribed as ‘Application for the post of UDC/MTS under MSP Quota mentioning sports/ Games.’ Applications filled in all respect enclosed with all attested copies of documents regarding Educational qualification, Sports Qualification, Working Experience, Community certificate (For SC/ST/OBC Candidates ), two self addressed envelope of 23*10 cm size should be sent to below mentioned address by ordinary post only.
