01. Fireman

No. of Vacancies: – 14 (UR-08, OBC-04, SC-02)

Salary: – Rs. 5200-20200/-, Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.

Qualification: – Matriculation from any recognized Board or Institution and must have completed basic course on elementary fire fighting course duration not be less than six months.

Physical Eligibility: -

  • Height: – 165 cms
  • Chest: – Without Expanded – 81.5 cms and Expanded – 85 cms.
  • Weight: – Minimum 50 Kgs

02. Durwan

No. of Vacancies: – 07 (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-02)

Pay Scale: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- per month.

Academic Qualification: – Pass the Matriculation examination from any recognized Institution or Board and must be physically fit.

Physical Eligibility: -

  • Height: – 165 cms
  • Chest: – Without Expanded – 77 cms and Expanded – 82 cms
  • Weight: – 45 kgs

Applicants Age Limitation: – Applicants age must not be more than 25 years as on 25th April 2012.

Examination Fees: – A crossed Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order (IPO) from any Nationalized Bank worth Rs. 50/- must be paid by applicants Drawn in favor of General Manager, Cordite Factory, Aruvankadu, Payable at Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu.
