A notification has been released by Protection of Plant Varieties & Farmers Rights Authority (PPV&FR) for recruitment on the posts of Plant Variety Examiner and Senior Technical Officer for its two regional offices at Ranchi and Guwahati. Candidates are informed through this advertisement that the recruitment is on contract basis. Details of PPV&FR Authority recruitment for following Jobs:-
1. Name of the post: Plant Variety Examiner
No. of posts: 02 in which 01 at Ranchi and 01 at Guwahati.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-
Essential Educational Qualifications: Master Degree in Science in required discipline.
Experience: having minimum 05 years of research experience.
Age limit: Age of candidate not exceeding 40 years.
2. Post Name: Senior Technical Officer
No. of vacant posts: 02 (01 at Ranchi and 01 at Guwahati)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have Master Degree in Agriculture Science with Specialization in Plant Breeding & Genetics / Agriculture Botany / Biotechnology / Agronomy / any other related subjects.
Experience: At least 03 years of experience in Seed Development Programme and Plant Varietal Improvement Activities are essential.
Age limit: Candidate’s age should not be more than 30 years .
Note: Relaxation in maximum age limit will be given to the SC/ST /OBC category candidates for both posts according to the rules of Government.
