Apprenticeship Programme of Directorate of Printing for Book Binder, Offset Machine Minder, PASAA, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, Electrician
Directorate of Printing (DOP) invites applications from eligible candidates for Apprenticeship programme of followings Book Binder, Offset machine Minder, PASAA, Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance and Electrician. The programme of Apprenticeship of Book Binder, Offset Machine Minder, PASAA, Mechanic Tools Maintenance and Electrician is starting from April 2012. Candidates interested may send their applications, after checking the eligibility criteria from following paragraph, up to 31.01.2012.
Details of Apprenticeship Programme of Book Binder, Offset Machine Minder, PASAA, Mechanic Tools Maintenance and Electrician of DOP
1. Book Binder
No. of Seats: – 30 (UR-11, SC-04, ST-03, OBC-12)
Age Limit: – Not less than 14 years as on 01.04.2012
Educational Qualification: – Matriculation or equivalent
Period of Training: – 02 years
2. Offset Machine Minder
No. of Vacant Seat: – 06 (UR-03, SC-01, OBC-02)
Age Limit: - same as mentioned above
Educational Qualification: – 12th passed with Physics & Chemistry
Period of Training: – 03 years
3. PASAA
No. of Seats: – 04 (UR-03, OBC-01)
Age Limit: – As on 01.04.2012 candidates should not less than 14 years
Educational Qualification: – Intermediate with ITI passed in COPA trade of Computer
Period of Training: – 02
4. Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance
No. of Seats: – 02 (UR)
Age Limit: – Same as shown above
Educational Qualification: – 12th passed with ITI passed in Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance Trade
Period of Training: – 03 year
5. Electrician
No. of Seats: – 02 (UR)
Age Limit: – As shown above
Educational Qualification: – 10th passed with ITI in electrician
Training Period: – 03 year
Note: – During period of 03 years candidates selected for Apprenticeship will get Rs. 1490/-, 1700/- and 1970/- per month respectively
Process of Selection: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview for the programme of Apprenticeship
How to apply: – Interested candidates may send their applications against Apprenticeship Programme on Plain Paper. Attested copies of Certificates in support of Educational Qualification, Age Proof and Caste are required to attach with application form. One passport size photograph is required to attach on top right corner of application.
On or before 31.01.2012 applications complete in all respect would be submitted at the address of “Manager, Govt. of India Press, Santragachi, Howrah 711112″
