APPSC Exam Syllabus for Group-I Service Exam 2012
Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) had recently issued a recruitment notification for various posts under Group-I Service 2011 against the notification no. 18/2011, dated 28th Nov, 2011. So, those candidates who have applied for any one of Group-I Service post and preparing for the written test may go through the exam syllabus of Group-I Service 2011.
APPSC Group-I Service Exam 2012
Screening Test: Candidates who have applied for any one of the post of Group-I Service will be called for Screening Test which will be of 150 Marks consisting of 150 multiple choice questions Based on General Studies and Mental Ability. For which time duration of 2 ½ hours has been stipulated.
Written Examination: This Test will be Conventional Type comprised of General English, Paper-I (General Essay), Paper-II, III, IV, & V. Each Paper will be of 3 Hours and carries 150 Marks. Candidates may see the above given details in table format which has be made below

Interview: Candidates who qualify in the above test will be called for Interview (Oral Test) which will be of 75 Marks
Note:
• The Screening Test (Objective Types) will be taken only for short listing the number of candidates.
• Candidates, except General English, may answer in Telugu / English / Urdu chosen by the candidates at the time of online application
• Candidate will have to obtain only qualifying marks in General English and questions of this test will be of SSC Level. Qualifying Marks in this test is 30% for SC / ST / PH, 35% for B.Cs, and 40% for O.Cs Candidates.
