Department of Education, Govenment of Bihar has published the merit list of of 34540 teachers. For this merit list a number of candidates were waiting impatiently. On the order of  Honorable Supreme Court Bihar Govt was to conduct a counselling for appointment of Trained candidate, who had passed  Primary Teacher Training before 2006. Now Bihar Govt has pubilshed the list of 34540 trained candidates to appoint as teacher. IT is put in the website educationbihar.in and now candidates waiting for this merit list can see this.

Before this, after a long legal struggle, Supreme Court has ordered the govt of Bihar to conduct a counselling for the candidates whose name was in the merit list. In This merit list all candidates were enlisted, whose filled applications were reached to Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC). After that BSSC prepared the merit list and handed over Bihar Govt. Depart of Education, Govt of Bihar put it in front of honourable Supreme court of India and Supreme Court of India has ordered to final the merit list of 34540 trained candidates by counselling.
