Central University of Gujarat (CUG) invites applications from eligible candidates against recruitment of Engineer, Section Officer, Personal Relation Officer, Lab Assistant, Private Secretary, Audit Officer, Driver, Peon and others. The particular recruitment notification aired with advertisement no. 38/2011-12 and all such posts will be filled by eligible candidates for regular tenure. 1. Internal Audit Officer
No. of Vacancies: - 01 (UR)
Limitation of Age: – Not more than 56 years (Age would be reckoned on 24.12.2011)
Essential Qualification: – Candidates should have hold analogues posts on regular basis in the office of AG/CAG.

05 years of regular service in the pay scale Rs. 15600-39100 with 09 years experience in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-

2. Executive Engineer
No. of Posts: – 01 (UR)
Age Limit: - Not exceeding 40 years (as on 24.12.2011)
Essential Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience
Desirable: - Post Graduate Degree in Structures
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 15600-39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
3. Public Relation Officer
No. of Vacancies: – 01 (UR)
Age Limit: - Not exceeding 40 years
Educational Qualification: – Master Degree in Communication and Journalism
Experience: – 06 years of working experience in respective field of Editorial Department, Radio and Television, Film and Media
Desirable: – Sound knowledge of more additional Indian Languages out of Gujarati.

4. Assistant Engineer

Educational Qualification: – Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Discipline

5. Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical)
No. of Posts: – 02 (UR) one each in both discipline
Age Limit: – Not more than 35 years
Educational Qualification: - Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience: - 03 years of Working experience if having Bachelor Degree in Engineering. 05 years of experience for having Diploma Certificates in Engineering.

6. Section Officer

Educational Qualification: – 8th Passed

Age Limit: – Not more than 35 years
Educational Qualification: – Matriculation
Experience: – 02 years of working experience as peon
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1800
Process of Selection: – On the basis of performance shown at Interview candidates eligible will be opted against applied posts. For the same, only shortlisted candidates will be called by screening committee.
Exam Fee: – DD of Rs. 350/- is required to pay as exam fee. In the favour of “Central University of Gujarat” payable at Gandhinagar DD should be drawn.
Fee Exemption: - SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted to pay any fee
How to apply: – Candidates interested having shown eligibility may apply for the post in prescribed form. Candidates have to fill applications in own handwriting and enclose with attested copies of certificates in support of Educational Qualification, Age Proof, Caste and Experience. At allotted space on applications candidates have to paste recent passport size photographs. Requisite amount of DD should also be enclosed with application.
