Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) invites applications from domicile of Chhattisgarh for the recruitment of Assistant, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator, Driver, Attendant and Frras. The particular recruitment notification advertise under reference no. 05/2011 and there few current vacancies as well as Backlog vacancies. On the basis of regular time bond candidate eligible from Chhattisgarh state will be appointed. Details related to recruitment might be seen below: -
1. Assistant (Grade III)
No. of Vacancies: - 18 (UR-08, SC-03, ST-05, EBC-02)
Age Limit: – Applicants age should not be exceeded 35 year and not receded 18 year as on 01.01.2012
Age Relaxation: – Up To 05 years of upper age benefit will be given to the candidates of SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer). 03 years for employee working in Chhattisgarh state.
Educational Qualification: – 12th passed with Data Entry Operator or Programming Diploma from recognised institutions.
Other Qualification: -Applicants should be skillful in Hindi typing and also qualified in Hindi Typing Exam with minimum 25 wpm should be passed from Govt. recognised institutions.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
2. Steno Typist
No. of Vacancies: – 03 )UR-02, SC-01)
Age Limit: – As shown above
Educational Qualification: – 12th passed with knowledge of Hindi Stenography with minimum 60 WPM
Other Qualification: – 01 years of programming diploma related to Data Entry Operator
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 1900/- Grade Pay
3. Data Entry Operator
No. of Vacancies: – 01 (ST)
Limitation of Age: – Same as shown above
Educational Qualification: – Intermediate
Other Qualification: – Skill of Computer typing in Hindi and English with 8000 key depression.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 2400/- Grade Pay
4. Stenographer (Grade III)
No. of Vacancies: – 02 (UR-01, ST-01)
Age Limit: – Same as shown above
Educational Qualification: - Intermediate with knowledge of Hindi Stenography with speed of 100 WPM. Candidates have to transcribe with 25 WPM after writing.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-
5. Driver
No. of Posts: – 03 (UR-02, ST-01)
Age Limit: – Same as shown above
Educational Qualification: – 08th Passed
Besides of it applicants should have a Heavy Vehicle Licence
Experience; – 03 years of working experience on respective post is required
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
6. Attendant
No. of Posts: – 08 (UR-04, SC-01, ST-02, EBC-01)
Age Limit: – Same as mentioned above
Educational Qualification: – 08th passed
Experience: – 02 years of working experience on same designation is needed
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 4750-7440/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1300/-
7. Farras
No. of Posts: – 01 (UR)
Age Limit: - Shown as above
Educational Qualification: – 08th Passed
Experience: - 02 years of working experience as labourer
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 4750-7440/- with Rs. 1300/- Grade pay
Application Fee: – Rs. 400/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/OBC-non creamy layer) in shape of DD. In the favour of “Secretary, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission” payable at Raipur DD would be drawn from any branch of SBI.
Behind DD name of applicant, address should be mentioned.
Process of Selection: – On the basis of Skill Test / Interview candidates will be selected. Interview will be held for appointment of Driver, Attendant and Farras.
How to apply: – Candidates eligible form Chhattisgarh State may send their applications in prescribed format. It is required to read all the instructions before filling application.
Attested copies of certificate in support of Educational Qualification, Age, Caste and Experience (if required) should be attached. 02 self addressed envelope with Rs. 06 stamp, recent passport size photograph (pasted on allotted space of application) and requisite amount of application fee should also be enclosed with application.
