Parliament of India recruitment for SC, ST AND OBC Category 2011

Indian parliament invites application from the citizens of India those who belong to Scheduled castes (SC), Scheduled tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) to fill the vacant posts in the Lok Sabha Secretariat. Details can be seen below:

1. Parliamentary Reporter Grade II (English / Hindi) – 07 Posts – Rs.15600 to 39100 + Rs.5400 GP – Bachelor Degree in any subject area with short hand speed of 160 wpm in Hindi / English

2. Parliamentary Interpreter Grade II – 09 Posts – Rs.15600-39100+Rs.5400 GP ¬-

Master degree in English or Hindi with experience in translation or interpretation

With computer skills

3. Hindi Assistant – 07 Posts – Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4600 GP –Master degree in English or Hindi

4. Junior Library Assistant – 14 Posts – Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP – Bachelor degree in Library Science with Computer knowledge

5. Security Assistant Grade II – 17 Post – Rs.9300-34800+4200 GP – Bachelor Degree, must have these requirements – Male / female height – 167.5 cms

/154.6 cms, chest – 76.5-80 cms, vision – 6/12 in both eyes

6. Junior Proof Reader – 03 Post – Rs.5200-20200+2800 GP – Bachelor Degree

With Diploma in Printing Technology or P.G Diploma in Book Publishing

7. Junior Clerk – 15 Post – Rs.5200-20200+2400 GP – Bachelor’s Degree in any field With minimum speed of 40 words per minute

8. Warehouseman – 01 Post – Rs.5200-20200+Rs.2200 GP – Matriculation or

Secondary School Certificate and Diploma in Printing Technology OR 5 years experience on stitching, perforating machine in a printing press and cutting

Age – For SC/ST – maximum age upto 32 years, OBC – upto 30 years, For Regional Language Stream upto 40 years for SC/ST and upto 38 years for OBC

How to apply:

• If any candidate wants to Apply for more than one post, Candidate must send separate forms.

• The Applications those are not on prescribed format will be rejected.

• Government employees should submit their application within 03.10.2011 and through proper way.

• Candidates will have to apply in typewritten form for all the given posts in English or in Hindi

• Candidates must affix their self attested passport size photograph, one should be in the attendance sheet and other one in the application form

• Candidate should attach their self attested copies of matriculation for the age proof

• OBC Candidates must show their cast certificate

Relaxation in age limit:

• Physically Handicapped person – maximum upto 10 years

• Government employees – it can be increase upto 5 years depend on the continuous service

• Ex –servicemen – maximum upto 45 years
