Gauhati University Recruitment for Lady Medical Officer July 2011

Applications are invited from eligible candidates of Indiafor filling up the position of Lady Medical Officer in a pay scale of Rs.12000 to 40000 with other benefits at G.U. Hospital. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria may submit their application with Demand Draft of Rs1000 (Rs.500 for SC / ST Candidates) to the Registrar of Gauhati University. Last date of receipt of application is 1^st August, 2011. Details are below:

Name of the post: Lady Medical Officer

Scale of Pay: Rs.12000 to 40000 + Rs.6100 GP as well as other allowances and benefits

Age: Maximum age limit of the candidates should be 36 years as on 01/07/2011 (SC / ST Candidates will be age relaxation upto 5 years)

Qualifications:

• MBBS from a Recognized University
• Candidate should have Gynaecology and Maternity Work experience in any hospital

Candidates are required to pay application fees of Rs.1000 (Rs.500 for SC / ST Candidates) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar,GauhatiUniversity”, Payable at State Bank ofIndia, Gauhati University Branch.
