Calcutta High Court Recruitment for Clerk, Stenographer, LDC, Typist July 2011

Applications are invited in prescribed format from Indian citizen for the recruitment of following posts in various categories in the respective Judgeship / District of the subordinate court of westBengal.

Name of the post:

  1. English Stenographer – Rs7100 to 37600+ Rs.3900gp
  2. Lower Division Clerk – Rs.5400 to 25200+ Rs.2600gp
  3. Office Peon / Orderly / Night Guard – Rs.4900 to 16200+ Rs.1700gp
  4. Typist / Copyist / Mapist – Rs.5400 to 25200+ Rs.2600gp
  5. Process Server – Rs.5400 to 2500+ Rs.2300gp
  6. Farash – Rs.4900 to 16200+ Rs.1700gp
  7. Sweeper – Rs.4900 to 16200+ Rs.1700gp
  8. Clerk cum Typist – Rs.5400 to 2500+ Rs.2600gp
  9. Bengali Stenographer – Rs.7100 to 37600+ Rs.3900gp
  10. Personal Assistant  - Rs.7100 to 37600 + Rs.3600gp

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum qualification of the candidates should be Madhyamik or equivalent examination from a recognized board
  2. Diploma in Computer application from a recognized institute
  3. Typing Speed of 30 wpm in English
  4. Shorthand speed of 80 wpm in English and 20 wpm in Bengali

Age: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and should not be older than 37 years as on 01/01/2011 (it is application for all the posts except Bengali Stenographer)

Age Relaxation: ST / ST Candidates will be given 5 years And OBC Candidates will be given 3 years; Upper age limit for PH candidates is 45 years.
