UTTARAKHAND HIGH COURT RECRUITMENT FOR STENOGRAPHER AND CLERK 2011

High Court of Uttarakhand is going to appoint eligible persons on the posts of Clerk and Stenographer under its own jurisdiction. In this regard, applications are being invited from applicants by high court.  There are 179 vacancies altogether for clerk only and 100 vacancies for stenographer. Candidates interested can see post details in following lines: -

Name of Post: – Clerk

No. of Posts: – 179 (UR-110, SC-38, ST-08, OBC-25)

Age: - Candidates should be from age group of 21 to 35 yrs; while date will be counting as on 01st January 2011

Age Relaxation: – Candidates of SC/ST/OBC of Uttarakhand will get 5 yrs maximum age relaxation, PH of Uttarakhand up to 10 yrs, Players represented Uttarakhand (National/International) will get 5 yrs age relaxation, Dependant of Freedom fighter up to 05 yrs.

Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized university

Technical Qualification: - Candidates should have computer proficiency along with typing with speed of 40 wpm in both Hindi and English

Pay Scale: – Rs. 3050-4590/- (pre revised)

Name of Post: – Stenographer

No. of Posts: – 100 (UR-66, SC-17, ST-04, OBC-13)

Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree or equivalent from any recognized university

Technical Qualification: – Computer proficiency along with knowledge of Stenography in Hindi and English with speed of 80 and 100 wpm respectively

Pay Scale: – Rs. 4000-6000/- (pre revised)

Note: – Age and Relaxation in Age both are as same as mentioned above Clerk post

Application Fee: – Rs. 500 for Unreserved, OBC and Dependent of freedom fighter of Uttarakhand and Rs. 300 for rest of categories candidates. PWD and PH candidates need not pay any application fee.

Selection Methodology: – Selection will be based on written exam then after interview/ skill test.

How to apply: – Candidates may send their request only in prescribed OMR application form. The OMR applications form will be collected any of authorized post offices after paying appropriate amount on accordance of categories representation. With OMR applications following documents should be attached as one self addressed post card written name of examination on it also, Photograph, Educational Qualification, Caste, Age proof etc.

Applications complete in nature should be sent by registered/speed post before 9Th July 2011 at the address of “Secretary, Uttarakhand Technical Education Council” via Senior Postmaster, GPO, Dehradun 248001”
