Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Invites application in prescribed application format from Indian Citizens. Eligible candidates can apply for the post of General Physician under Health Dept., Bihar.

Salary: – Pay Scale – Rs.9300/- – Rs.34800/- + Grade Pay (GP) – Rs.5400
Educational Qualification: – MBBS from recognized University.
Limitation of Age: – 37 Years ( Age as on 1st October 2011 )
Relaxation in age per Govt. rule
Application fee: –
Application fee for SC / ST Candidates – Rs125/- (Rs.75/- + Bank Charge – Rs.50/- )
Application fee for Other Candidates – Rs350/- (Rs.300/- + Bank Charge – Rs.50/- )
Candidates can pay the application fee through the challan from the any Branch of State Bank of India. Challan can be downloaded from the BPSC website. Candidates must add one copy of challan with application form and put safe the Depositor’s Copy.
.How to Apply?
Interested candidates can apply after given instrunction.
1. Application format can be download from the BPSC websitehttp://www.bpsc.bih.nic.in/Advt/PA-GenPhysician-Advt-No-05-2011.pdf. They will have to send the application on to the A-4 size (210*207mm) thick paper. No any other application format will be accepted.
2. Candidates can fill up the application format by blue or black pen.
3. Candidates must paste the photographs on application form on page 1 and 3.
4. Candidates will have to write Notification No, Post Name and and address on super scribed envelop.
5. Candidates will have to send the application form with Intermediate certificate, MBBS Degree certificate, Degree certificate, Training certificate and Caste certificate.
6. Candidates should send two 16*10 cm envelop on which paste Rs.25 – 25 Post ticket.
7. At last send completed application form only through Registered Post / Speed Post on or before 4th July 2011 on to the given venue.
