RECRUITMENT OF 2000 JUNIOR ENGINEER (JE) 2011

Applications are invited for recruitment of 2000 Junior Engineers (JE) to complete the projects carried under Water Resource Department / Roadways department / P.H.ED. Within decided time period. The recruitment will be on contract basis for one year, but if needed it will be extended further.

Post Name: – Junior Engineer (Civil)

Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month

Eligibility: Diploma in Civil of an institution recognized by Central or State Government.

Note: Applications from Bachelor Degree holder in civil holder will not be accepted.

Vacancy: Total – 2000

Reservation Status: General – 1000, SC – 320, BC – 240, EBC – 360, ST – 20, Women BC – 60

Note: Number of vacancy can be increased or decreased according to need.

Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years for General candidates, For SC, ST maximum age limit will be 42 years and for BC, EBC and BC Women 40 years.

Age will be considered on 01.05.2011. For the candidates who have been already posted in Department of Water Resource maximum age limit will be 65 years.

Selection Process:

Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in Diploma by a selection committee formed by Nodal Department. Candidates may give 3 options for posting, but Department will have authority for place of posting. Selected candidates will require submitting Fitness certificate of Civil Surgeon.
