OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF CLERKS & STENOGRAPHER GRADE- III APRIL 2011

Applications are invited by Office of the District and Sessions judge for recruitment on the post of Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III. The eligible candidates can apply for these posts. Details are given below:

2. Stenographer	09	Rs. 5910 to 20200/- + GP	Graduation or its equivalent with proficiency in computer	37 years

How to Apply: The candidates should apply the application form from prescribed format and enclose it with three recent size photographs, one to be pasted in application, one on Roll No. card & third one to be attached with the application and also given essential educational certificate, cast certificate etc & one self addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 5/- postal stamp. The candidates may fill up the application form and send it to the address of District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.

Last Date for receiving application form:

1. Clerk - 30 April 2011
2. Stenographer – 21 April 2011

Note: Test for the post of Stenographer Grade III English Shorthand/ Computer Proficiency test will be held on 05/05/2011 & 06/05/2011

The candidates who are appearing in test they will have to collect the Roll No. cards from the Office of District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana on 29/04/2011

& 30/04/2011, from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM
