Department of HRD, Govt. of Bihar has conducted a competency test on 20 February 2011 in this test teachers who are working on contract basis have appeared. now result of this test has been announced. The candidates who have appeared in this test, can know his result by clicking the web ink written below-

The candidates who will qualify in this test will get advantage of an increment. For trained teacher the amount of increment will be Rs.500 and for untrained teacher Rs.300. this test will be held after every 3 years and after getting qualified in teacher evolution test teachers will get profit of an increment.
This test is also a medium of making the teachers on contract basis in Bihar alert and cautious of there study. This test makes the teachers proficient and skillful in teaching. After appointing elementary teacher on contract basis government of Bihar had to face many allegation related to capability and knowledge of new appointed teachers on contract basis. Now these teachers have proved there capability through result of this test. A large number of candidates have qualified in this test and a few number of teachers have got low mark.
