    No wonder the Govt. organisation website is down… Most of the times the BEL website http://www.bel-india.com says Service Unavailable…. They spend crores of rupees in developing websites… but dont maintain. They promptly pay the third party for developing the website and maintaining it, but the officials don’t really bother if the website is available online on the internet. I am ashamed of being an Indian… I am sorry to say this, but hant help it… With the increase in corruption the people who think like me are increasing very rapidly…

    hi every 0ne…i have applied for the exam..i have a problem regarding the caste certificate..i have a original CASTE CERTIFICATE issued by the MRO.but there is another format of the same caste certificate given by BEL in their site. Can i carry my original certificate wit me for the exam or do i have to download the prescribed format given by bel ????hope u ll got my query..plzzz help me out in clearing tis confusion!:(
